Since 1975, the greater Pierce County areas has relied upon Narrows Heating's Service Department to address all of its comfort concerns. We repair and service all brands of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we're here when you need us.

We have an outstanding team of factory-trained, NATE-certified service technicians. Our knowledge, experience, and professionalism are among the best in the industry. Providing you with excellent service and customer care is our highest priority. Whether you require emergency service, repair, or tune-up for your home or business, don't hesitate to contact us to schedule a visit. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 7am to 5 pm, and Friday 7am to 4pm. We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.

Our service techs are Nate Certified. NATE (North American Technician Excellence, Inc.) is the leading certification program for technicians in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) industry and is the only test supported by the entire industry.

Training

We are committed to continuing education. Our technicians attend several courses each year to stay updated on the latest technology and installation best practices in the HVAC field.
